Return Policy for Racing Products: Unused and in Original Packaging
1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for racing products only if they meet the following criteria:
- The product has never been used or installed.
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging.
2. Timeframe for Returns: Customers must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the product. Any requests for returns after this period will not be accepted.
3. Return Authorization: Before returning the product, customers must contact our customer service team at info@world-of-motos.eu to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
4. Condition of the Product:
- The racing product must be in brand new, unused condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials must be intact and included.
5. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or installed.
- Products not in their original packaging.
- Products without a valid RA number.
6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. World of Motos is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
7. Inspection and Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 25 business days.
8. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns of racing products. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the product.
