Capit Maxima Vision tire warmers combine simplicity and practical usability, and are primarily designed for professional racing teams. The Maxima Vision features an extra-low black polyester band that also covers and heats the edge of the rim. The Maxima series is made with 36 zones (18 on each side) to perfectly follow the shape and circumference of the tire. This allows for fast, efficient, and perfectly uniform heating of the tire (and rim).
With an integrated module of only 8mm thick (shock-resistant), the temperature can be set between 40°C and 110°C. Using the two buttons, you can easily see the current tire temperature, set the desired temperature, and check the last heating period or total heating period. It is also easy to switch between °C and °F, if desired.
These tire warmers come with a European plug (EU – 220/230 Volt). Here are some interesting facts:
– This tire warmer contains no less than 40 meters of Teflon cable, which radially heats the tire and ensures uniform heating of the tire.
– **TNT Heating System**: This is a unique and patented method for heating the tire to 40 to 110°C without a thermostat. The tire is homogeneously brought up to temperature in just 40 minutes. Every 5 mm, a heating wire crosses the specially thermally conductive material of the tire warmer. The TNT system makes a thermostat unnecessary and avoids the problems that a thermostat often brings, such as a short lifespan and unevenly heated tires.
