Capit Maxima Spina tire warmers combine simplicity and practical usability and are primarily designed for professional racing teams. The Maxima Spina features an extra low black polyester band that also covers and warms the edge of the rim. The Maxima series is made with 36 zones (18 on each side) to perfectly follow the shape and circumference of the tire. This allows for quick, efficient, and perfectly even heating of the tire (and rim).
These tire warmers come with a European plug (EU – 220/230 Volt). Here are some interesting facts:
This tire warmer contains no less than 40 meters of Teflon cable, which heats the tire radially and ensures even warming of the tire.
TNT heating system: this is a unique and patented method to heat the tire to 85°C without a thermostat. In just 40 minutes, the tire is brought to a uniform temperature. Every 5 mm, a heating wire crosses the particularly thermally conductive material of the tire warmer. Thanks to the TNT system, a thermostat is unnecessary, thus avoiding the problems that a thermostat often brings, such as a short lifespan and unevenly heated tires.
Outer material: waterproof Teflon.
Inner material: abrasion-resistant and non-flammable (Nomex).
The power cable is silicone-coated and resistant to temperatures up to 200°C.
Velcro closure.

Power consumption of a single tire warmer: size S 200 watts – size M 300 watts – size L 400 watts – size XL 500 watts.
